We are happy to accept returns with the following conditions:
- We must be notified by email or by telephone that you will be returning
an item within 48 hours of receipt.
- Items from INTERNATIONAL customers must be received within 2 weeks /
from UK customers within 5 days unless otherwise notified.
- Items must be returned in the original condition as they were sent.
- We will refund the purchase in the currency it was paid less postage
(shipping).

- Special Delivery: Available on higher value orders, guaranteed next day delivery.
- Standard Parcels: Available on heavier and higher value orders, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days.

- International Signed For: Available on all international orders. Your item is dispatched via international airmail and a signature is required at the point of delivery
- Royal Mail Airsure: Available on all international orders. Your order will enjoy priority handling, within the UK and oversees to ensure a speedy and safe arrival at your destination. This is also a signed-for service.
