Scarlett O'Hara Dress Pattern Recreate this wonderful Scarlett O'Hara Dress. Lined fitted bodice has princess sleeves, front hook and eye closures, two piece sleeves with snap closing and lep shoulder capulet with cord trim. A full floor length skirt and overskirt have grosgrain waistband with hook and eye and snap closures. Overskirt had side seam front tucks and shaped hemline that attaches to the skirt with hooks and eyes. Lined hat has pleated front, ribbon trim, boa feathers and fringe trim. Lined bag has a ribbon drawstring strap. Purchased hoop petticoat and cord with tassles for a belt.
